When you create an account in Clash of Numbers, we collect the following information:

• Email address – Used to create and manage your account, for authentication, and to send important service-related communications.

• Username – A display name chosen by you, used to represent you in-game and on leaderboards.

• Password – Used for authentication. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored as a secure cryptographic hash.

We do NOT collect your phone number, physical address, payment information, device contacts, location data, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, authenticate, and manage your account.

• Game Functionality: To display your username in-game, on leaderboards, and in match history.

• Service Communications: To send essential notifications such as security alerts, password reset emails, or important service updates. We do not send marketing emails.

• Security: To protect our service and users from fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than those stated above.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Specifically:

• Passwords are hashed using a strong cryptographic algorithm (e.g., bcrypt or equivalent). We never have access to your plain-text password.

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of data storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media integrations that would receive your data.

If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data (email, username, and password hash) within 30 days of the deletion request, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Anonymized or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

8. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your Clash of Numbers account at any time.

To delete your account, visit our account deletion page and enter your registered email address and password. Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. All your game progress, scores, and data will be permanently removed.

9. Children's Privacy

Clash of Numbers is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or to your registered email address.

Your continued use of Clash of Numbers after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
